Refund policy

Please notify Furrplay Store within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to return it. If in doubt, please email us at info@furrplay.com

All items must be unworn or unused, in it's original packaging with tags attached

You will be responsible for all shipping costs upon returning or exchanging items

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt to be eligible

Returns of goods are only accepted if the goods are in the same condition as when they were received

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and promo items cannot be refunded or exchanged

Please send items via a traceable method and retain a tracking number. We can not be responsible if products are not received

Returns will be credited to original payment method used only

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged by our end

Food and perishable items, as well as cat or dog toys are non returnable or exchangeable

If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size but due to the differences in the pricing and sizes, please return your items back according to the above instructions and if the returns are accepted, you may place a brand new order for the product you want as a replacement
